If you're ordering from the EU (excluding Germany), there are two options:
1. Customers within the EU with a valid VAT identification number:
You have a registered business and therefore a valid VAT ID number. You can order our products without VAT. You can enter the number in the address field during the checkout process.
This applies to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Cyprus
How does it work?
- Simply enter your VAT ID number at the end of the checkout process in our store (before you click the “Buy Now” button).
- Our store connects to the EU servers to verify that the VAT ID number is valid. This may take a moment.
- If everything is in order, the sales tax will be deducted automatically.
There are some countries, regions, or areas that have special regulations, such as Monaco, the Channel Islands, Gibraltar, and so on. If you're not sure, check out this website:
2. Customers within the EU without a VAT ID number:
In this case, we are legally required to add 19% German VAT to your order.
Customers outside the EU:
You only pay the net prices. Please note, however, that your country may impose additional import taxes, customs duties, or local sales taxes upon delivery.
Customers from the U.S.:
- Under current U.S. customs regulations, goods imported into the United States may be subject to duties, taxes, and additional fees. The exact amount depends on the type of goods, their declared value, and their country of origin, in accordance with U.S. trade and customs laws.
- This regulation applies to both individuals and businesses that import goods into the United States.
- The shipping provider (FedEx), which acts as an intermediary, will bill you for the fees and customs duties.
The Tentacle Sync Shop is a B2B store that caters exclusively to audio and video professionals. Since our customers are businesses or freelancers with a valid VAT ID number, all prices in our store are displayed net (excluding VAT).

Shipping service providers:
All of our shipments are insured and handled by FedEx, UPS, and DHL.

Delivery Times:
We usually pack and ship your order by the next business day at the latest, provided all items are in stock and the order has been paid for.
If at least one item is out of stock, we'll hold off on shipping until all items in your order are available.
You can check the availability of individual items in our store.
You can find the delivery times in your order confirmation or in a separate email from the shipping provider.
Delivery times may vary by country, starting from the date of shipment.
Express Shipping:
If you need your product urgently, you can send us a message using our contact form. We'll check our availability and try to find a solution for you.
If one of your Tentacle SYNC E, TRACK E, TIMEBAR, or ORIGINAL devices needs repair or isn't working properly, please contact one of our service partners in your country or contact us directly.
The quickest way to do this is through our support team. We'll then let you know what to do next and how much it might cost if the 2-year warranty on your device has expired (warranty terms).
Note:
Please don't send us any Tentacle devices or accessories without talking to us first. International customs paperwork is often required to ensure the package doesn't get held up at customs.
